href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/business-registration\/\">\u5de5\u5546\u767b\u8a18\u7533\u8acb<\/a><\/strong>\u3001\u8ca1\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u53ca\u8a18\u5e33\u7a05\u52d9\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u4e3b\u9806\u5229\u5b8c\u6210\u958b\u696d\u6e96\u5099\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>\u4e00\u3001\u516c\u53f8\u767b\u8a18\u8207\u8a2d\u7acb\u6d41\u7a0b<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>1. \u78ba\u5b9a\u516c\u53f8\u985e\u578b\u8207\u540d\u7a31<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u6210\u7acb\u516c\u53f8\u524d\uff0c\u9700\u5148\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7d44\u7e54\u985e\u578b\uff0c\u5982\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u6216\u7368\u8cc7\u4f01\u696d\u3002\u82e5\u9078\u64c7\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u53ef\u53c3\u8003 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/newinside_company\/\">\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u8a2d\u7acb\u6d41\u7a0b\u6307\u5357<\/a><\/strong> \u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u8a2d\u7acb\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7b26\u5408\u653f\u5e9c\u898f\u7bc4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f01\u696d\u4e3b\u9084\u9700\u9810\u5148\u67e5\u8a62\u516c\u53f8\u540d\u7a31\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u88ab\u8a3b\u518a\uff0c\u4e26\u4f9d\u7167 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/newinside_company\/\">\u516c\u53f8\u8a2d\u7acb\u6307\u5357<\/a><\/strong> \u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u6e96\u5099\u5fc5\u8981\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. \u7533\u8acb\u5de5\u5546\u767b\u8a18<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u78ba\u5b9a\u516c\u53f8\u540d\u7a31\u8207\u985e\u578b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u4e3b\u61c9\u5411\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6a5f\u95dc\u63d0\u4ea4 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/business-registration\/\">\u5de5\u5546\u767b\u8a18\u7533\u8acb<\/a><\/strong>\u3002\u9019\u5305\u542b\u516c\u53f8\u7ae0\u7a0b\u3001\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\u8eab\u5206\u8b49\u5f71\u672c\u3001\u71df\u696d\u5730\u5740\u8b49\u660e\u7b49\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u7d93\u904e\u5be9\u6838\u901a\u904e\u5f8c\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u6703\u6838\u767c\u7d71\u4e00\u7de8\u865f\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u5373\u6b63\u5f0f\u6210\u7acb\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. \u5916\u5546\u6295\u8cc7\u516c\u53f8\u8a2d\u7acb<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u570b\u969b\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u82e5\u5e0c\u671b\u9032\u5165\u53f0\u7063\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u5247\u9808\u4e86\u89e3 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/overseas_company\/\">\u5916\u5546\u6295\u8cc7\u516c\u53f8\u8a2d\u7acb<\/a><\/strong> \u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u6295\u8cc7\u8a31\u53ef\u7533\u8acb\u3001\u8cc7\u91d1\u5be9\u6838\u53ca\u7a05\u52d9\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u5408\u6cd5\u5408\u898f\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. \u793e\u5718\u6cd5\u4eba\u767b\u8a18<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u82e5\u4f01\u696d\u5e0c\u671b\u6210\u7acb\u975e\u71df\u5229\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u5982\u5354\u6703\u6216\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\uff0c\u5247\u9700\u4f9d\u64da <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/new_npo\/\">\u793e\u5718\u6cd5\u4eba\u767b\u8a18\u7533\u8acb\u6d41\u7a0b<\/a><\/strong>\uff0c\u8fa6\u7406\u6cd5\u4eba\u767b\u8a18\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u7372\u5f97\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4fdd\u969c\u4e26\u4eab\u6709\u7a05\u52d9\u512a\u60e0\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u8ca1\u52d9\u8207\u7a05\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u6d41\u7a0b<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>1. \u9078\u64c7\u5c08\u696d\u6703\u8a08\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u516c\u53f8\u6210\u7acb\u5f8c\uff0c\u8ca1\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u8b8a\u5f97\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u8058\u8acb <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/teams\/\">\u5c08\u696d\u6703\u8a08\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240<\/a><\/strong> \u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd\u8ca1\u52d9\u5831\u8868\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u7a05\u52d9\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u53f0\u5317\u5730\u5340\u7684\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u9078\u64c7 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/teams\/\">\u53f0\u5317\u6703\u8a08\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240<\/a><\/strong>\uff0c\u7372\u5f97\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u8aee\u8a62\u8207\u7a05\u52d9\u7533\u5831\u670d\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. \u5c08\u696d\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u7684\u89d2\u8272<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/accountant\/\">\u5c08\u696d\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b<\/a><\/strong> \u4e3b\u8981\u8ca0\u8cac\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u5e33\u52d9\u6574\u7406\u3001\u8ca1\u52d9\u5206\u6790\u8207\u7a05\u52d9\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u800c <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/discussion-on-the-development-trend-of-accountants-and-bookkeepers-in-taipei\/\">\u53f0\u5317\u5c08\u696d\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b<\/a><\/strong> \u66f4\u80fd\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u7576\u5730\u7a05\u5236\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u505a\u597d\u8ca1\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u61c9\u8a73\u7d30\u4e86\u89e3 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/accounting-cpa\/\">\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u8077\u8cac\u89e3\u6790<\/a><\/strong>\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u8058\u8acb\u7684\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u80fd\u5920\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u9762\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8ca1\u52d9\u5be9\u8a08\u3001\u9810\u7b97\u63a7\u5236\u53ca\u6210\u672c\u512a\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. \u4f01\u696d\u8a18\u5e33\u8207\u8a18\u5e33\u58eb\u670d\u52d9<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u898f\u6a21\u8f03\u5c0f\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u8058\u8acb <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/bookkeeper\/\">\u8a18\u5e33\u58eb\u670d\u52d9<\/a><\/strong> \u662f\u4e00\u500b\u9ad8\u6548\u4e14\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u80fd\u78ba\u4fdd\u4f01\u696d\u5e33\u52d9\u7684\u6b63\u78ba\u6027\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u9055\u53cd\u7a05\u52d9\u6cd5\u898f\u3002\u800c\u900f\u904e <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/\">\u4f01\u696d\u8a18\u5e33<\/a><\/strong>\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u5efa\u7acb\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u7d00\u9304\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u7d93\u71df\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. \u8a18\u5e33\u8cbb\u7528\u8a08\u7b97<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u9078\u64c7\u8a18\u5e33\u8207\u6703\u8a08\u670d\u52d9\u6642\uff0c\u61c9\u4e8b\u5148\u8a55\u4f30 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/bookkeepingtax\/\">\u8a18\u5e33\u8cbb\u7528\u8a08\u7b97<\/a><\/strong>\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u6210\u672c\u5408\u7406\u4e14\u7b26\u5408\u9810\u7b97\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u7372\u5f97\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u652f\u63f4\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>\u4e09\u3001\u8ca1\u52d9\u98a8\u96aa\u63a7\u7ba1\u8207\u4f01\u696d\u6210\u9577\u7b56\u7565<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>1. \u8ca1\u52d9\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u4efb\u4f55\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u7d93\u71df\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u81e8\u8cc7\u91d1\u77ed\u7f3a\u3001\u6295\u8cc7\u98a8\u96aa\u6216\u7a05\u52d9\u722d\u8b70\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5efa\u7acb\u5b8c\u5584\u7684 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/the-role-of-bookkeepers-in-financial-risk-assessment-and-management\/\">\u8ca1\u52d9\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406<\/a><\/strong> \u6a5f\u5236\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u900f\u904e\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u8a55\u4f30\u8207\u7ba1\u7406\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd\u8ca1\u52d9\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u7a81\u767c\u6027\u8ca1\u52d9\u5371\u6a5f\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. \u71df\u904b\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u8ca1\u52d9\u7b56\u7565<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u516c\u53f8\u6210\u7acb\u5f8c\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u696d\u52d9\u64f4\u5c55\uff0c\u8ca1\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u4e5f\u9700\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u512a\u5316\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5b9a\u671f\u6aa2\u8996\u8ca1\u52d9\u5831\u8868\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u8cc7\u91d1\u6d41\u5065\u5eb7<\/li>\n<li>\u8abf\u6574\u6703\u8a08\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u8ca1\u52d9\u900f\u660e\u5ea6<\/li>\n<li>\u9069\u6642\u9032\u884c\u7a05\u52d9\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u7a05\u52d9\u8ca0\u64d4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u9019\u4e9b\u7b56\u7565\u90fd\u9700\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5c08\u696d\u6703\u8a08\u8207\u8a18\u5e33\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u516c\u53f8\u9577\u9060\u7a69\u5065\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>\u56db\u3001\u7d50\u8ad6<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u5f9e\u516c\u53f8\u8a2d\u7acb\u5230\u8ca1\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u6d41\u7a0b\u90fd\u5f71\u97ff\u8457\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u7d93\u71df\u6210\u6548\u3002\u900f\u904e\u5b8c\u6574\u7684 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/company-registration-qa\/\">\u516c\u53f8\u767b\u8a18\u6d41\u7a0b<\/a><\/strong> \u8207 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/business-registration\/\">\u5de5\u5546\u767b\u8a18\u7533\u8acb<\/a><\/strong>\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u80fd\u5920\u5408\u6cd5\u958b\u696d\uff0c\u800c\u5c08\u696d\u7684 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/teams\/\">\u5c08\u696d\u6703\u8a08\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240<\/a><\/strong> \u8207 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/bookkeeper\/\">\u8a18\u5e33\u58eb\u670d\u52d9<\/a><\/strong> \u5247\u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd\u8ca1\u52d9\u7a69\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u61c9\u6301\u7e8c\u9032\u884c <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.4545.com.tw\/the-role-of-bookkeepers-in-financial-risk-assessment-and-management\/\">\u8ca1\u52d9\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406<\/a><\/strong>\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u8cc7\u91d1\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u900f\u904e\u6709\u6548\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u5e02\u5834\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u638c\u63e1\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u8a2d\u7acb\u8207\u8ca1\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u5c07\u80fd\u7a69\u5065\u6210\u9577\uff0c\u8fce\u63a5\u66f4\u5ee3\u95ca\u7684\u5e02\u5834\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76f8\u95dc\u9023\u7d50\u6574\u7406:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a \u6210\u7acb\u516c\u53f8\u524d\uff0c\u9700\u5148\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7d44\u7e54\u985e\u578b\uff0c\u5982\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u6216\u7368\u8cc7\u4f01\u696d\u3002\u82e5\u9078\u64c7\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u53ef\u53c3\u8003 \u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u8a2d\u7acb\u6d41\u7a0b\u6307\u5357 \u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u8a2d\u7acb\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7b26\u5408\u653f\u5e9c\u898f\u7bc4\u3002 \u4f01\u696d\u4e3b\u9084\u9700\u9810\u5148\u67e5\u8a62\u516c\u53f8\u540d\u7a31\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u88ab\u8a3b\u518a\uff0c\u4e26\u4f9d\u7167 \u516c\u53f8\u8a2d\u7acb\u6307\u5357 \u5728\u78ba\u5b9a\u516c\u53f8\u540d\u7a31\u8207\u985e\u578b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u4e3b\u61c9\u5411\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6a5f\u95dc\u63d0\u4ea4
